Return & Refund Policy

At Hatke Nawabi, we take pride in the quality of products we offer. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a defective or damaged product
• You received the wrong item

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process Once your return is approved, we will process either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement, based on your preference. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
